I received 4 if these amazing chocolates as a Christmas present and I must say they are spectacular. The depth of flavor and smoothness of the chocolate is masterful. They are not over overpowering in their liquor flavorings, but a nice hint. I was given 3 Kahlua and 1 Fireball (a cinnamon liquor). Now any one who has drank Fireball knows the strong cinnamon taste.
But when made into one of these confections and added to the chocolate becomes a smooth delightful candy, with only a hint of cinnamon, think a nice cup of hot coco with the tiniest nod of cinnamon.
The Kahlua white chocolate was divine. The fattiness of the white chocolate combined with the creamy thick texture of Kahlua gives them the most amazing decadent flavor.
These confections are old world crafted in a professional Chocolatier style. In my humble opinion they are light years ahead of See's or maybe even Ghirardelli.
The prices are really not that bad either and are comparable to those of big retail stores. Prices range from $3.00USD to $3.50USD and as of December 18th shipping is free.
You really will not be disappointed when purchasing these or receiving them as gifts.
