Ok I must admit that I am a bit obsessed with bluetooth anything. However that being said, I did find a few faults with this. Mainly in the length of the cords. The makers assume that your Aux and USB ports are relatively close to one another.
Well in my car ( 2007 Subaru Forester) I have a 12v plug right next to my aux adapter. But in most newer cars, like my sisters (2003 Chevy TrailBlazer) they are not. So you would need to buy a few additional adapters in order to make these work.
That aside, this is actually a really nice setup. The call quality was crystal clear. And I loved the fact that the ear bud just snaps back into the base and charges. I typically keep a bluetooth in my ear damn near 24/7. Mainly because I can control my phone with voice commands, and because I dont get great cell service inside my home. But having this, I always have a back up in my car ready and waiting. I would have liked it to have an ear hook to make it feel more secure. But it feels good in the ear, and is lightweight. I would definatly give this as a gift to someone, especially now with the changing cell phone laws.
Here is what the company had to say about their product:
The Nulaxy KM08 Bluetooth receiver is featured with a Bluetooth headphone, for hands-free talking and music sharing or streaming. Safe-driving is always No.1 important for everybody; sharing or streaming music from your Smartphone to the car stereo system is always enjoyable but not enough; sometimes what you need is all but umh...,...,..., yes, a private hands-free talking, especially while enemies are on your car.
This product's designed to be neat and stylish, and it is finished in high quality standard. It utilizes latest Bluetooth 4.0 technology (fully backward compatible) for high-speed transmission and low power consumption.
Attention:
Your car has to have the 3.5mm audio jack, in order to use this device;
If your car is in some old models, and if you hear unbearable static noises, it is because your car doesn't have a ground loop isolating system. You might purchase a ground loop isolator to get better clarity.
