This is super strong in comparison to the one that I already have. First off, the overall battery life is far superior to my current camping shower. The hose is longer. And the water pump is stronger, providing more of a shower feel, than what I currently had. What do I mean by "more of a shower feel" I mean that the amount of water that comes from this unit is stronger and more of a stream, where the other is more of a trickle that struggles to make it up from the 15gal bucket that I use.
As soon as I turned this one on, I could actually see the shower head move around the bucket. The bright LED lights let you know the temp of the water, as well as the power setting, and battery life. Now the reading of the water temperature is only in Celsius, but the color of the numbers helps you to understand them.
Green is cold (35-45 C or 95-113F)
Blue is medium (35+C or 95F)
Red is hot (45C or 113F+)
You also have a plus and minus on the control of the unit itself to adjust the water pressure. It features USB C charging (5V 0.5-2A), a 7.4V 29.6wh (2000mAH) battery, 60-180 minutes runtime (gear dependent), 5-12L/Minute (gear dependent) Water diameter outlet 10mm.
It also comes with a mesh carrying bag, which allows for any excess water to drain out of, and a verity of hooks for mounting the shower head, as well as a replaceable filter that inserts into the shower head attachment. The shower head itself has a pressure knob on it that allows you to adjust flow rates. Honestly, I didn't adjust anything and just used it with the settings right out of the box, and it worked perfectly. One thing to keep in mind when using this, is to never start it unless it is submerged. You will cause damage to the unit. Also, when showering from an open body of water it is not recommended to use in salt water, or to place it directly in contact with any sandy or soot. Doing so will cause it to stop working.
With my other shower unit, it took about 20 minutes to take a full bath. With this unit and its water pressure, it was about 10 minutes to shampoo my hair and lather up and scrub down. A tip that I can give you is when using it in a bucket, just place the shower head back into the bucket so you are not running out of water faster. This also keeps you from having to turn the unit on and off.
All in all I am giving this a 9.5 out of 10. the only reason its not a full 10 is because I would have personally liked to have the power button and the increase and decrease buttons on the top of the device instead of the side of the unit. And the charging cable is less than 5 inches (12.7cm) Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.
