Now mind you this part of Portland is both up and coming and a bit of old neighborhood too. So I really wasn't sure as what to expect. First of all for a 2 Queen no smoking room it was $82.63 after taxes (which I didnt know that Oregon paid taxes on like ANYTHING).

I felt safe there, but i'm not really to sure that I would have walked the streets by myself.
My overall rating of this place I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. The reason that I didnt give it the full 5 is because of the stains around the room. The room itself was "nice" and had no bad odor. And the other reason was the water pressure was really lacking. That and the Wifi was spotty. It wasnt fast, but it got the job done (at home my net is 50mbps so im a bit spoiled). Over all though if you are looking for a place to stay with a lot of night life options then you are going to like it. I would say that its a good step up from a Motel 6 but not as good as say a Hilton.
